Walter is Blind, deaf, and was abandoned at a shelter. Walter who is about thirteen years old was nearly hairless and skeletal when we rescued him. Walter has come a long way since then. Walter loves to eat and today is a healthy weight. Walter loves to be near his foster, especially when it's mealtime. Walter is a senior gentleman who has an enlarged heart and various medications for this and to help him sleep well at night. Walter's care and medications are a minimum of $120 a month.
