I've found my furever family!

We're happy to tell you that Violet has a new furever home.
Please visit our Available Dogs Page to see the pups currently available.

Violet is a three-month-old Catahoula and American Staffordshire terrier mix, weighing fourteen pounds. Violet is good with mature kids ten and over, good with other dogs, good with cats, and good with other farm animals. Violet was rescued emaciated and is now in a foster home regaining weight and strength. A gorgeous dog she is sweet, cuddly, playful and curious. Violet already knows how to go in and out of a doggie door. Violet is healthy and has already had her first round of shots. CrisisDogsNC will spay her at age five months as per the contract. Violet still requires housetraining, and we always advise training to bring out the best in your new companion. Previous dog owners considered only for Violet. We expect Violet to live to thirteen or older. Please carefully consider your future life circumstances prior to applying for Violet. We follow up on all dogs regularly. Apply at crisisdogsnc.org. We reply only to completed applications, no calls. Excellent vet references and a virtual home visit required. Your prior or current dog must be on year-round heartworm prevention. We prefer a fenced yard, but this is not required for all of our dogs. We transport by land or air whenever possible.
