Toto is the runt but very mellow and sweet. He would rather lay on your lap that play with his siblings. Toto uses the potty pad and chews and plays on his toys.
CrisisDogsNC will provide initial puppy shots and deworming and at 5 months microchip and spay or neuter at one of our vets. Adopter will be responsible for all boosters.
