***Needs Foster or Adopter ASAP***Sweet Susie has had a terrible go of it in her young life. She was in the Forsyth Humane Society being held for a neglect case and was recently released to be adopted. She is only one years old, and thirty-one pounds, although. she should be at least fifty pounds. Susie's shelter papers say she presents with a bowed head and hunched body. "When reaching out to touch dog recoils slightly. Dog remains in hunched position during entire exam, frozen in place." Susie is Heartworm positive, but this isn't a deal breaker since CrisisDogsNC will cover the treatment. We understand Susie is good with other dogs and children ten and over.
