Pickles is a 1 year old 9 pound miniature pinscher

This rambunctious little guy needs to be your one and only in an adult household where he deeply attaches to one person . We don’t know his history, but Pickles was clearly not well socialized with other dogs. He has small dog syndrome and gets barky when passing dogs on the street. He  has some separation anxiety and needs an experienced adopter who can work to calm him and help him regain his confidence. He will need training and we can recommend outstanding trainers successful with these kind of small dog issues. This aside, Pickles is a cuddler who loves people. His foster writes, “Pickles is the sweetest, cuddliest couch potato! Pickles favorite place to be is sitting/laying on the couch with his people. The closer he is to you the better! He falls asleep nearly instantly once he’s on the couch with you and can be left alone uncrated for up to 5 hours. He does very well sleeping at night on the couch, but would certainly not mind sleeping in bed with his person/people. Pickles bonds very closely with 1-2 people but is very good with all adults. He would be the ideal companion for someone who works from home and wants an adoring buddy by their side all day long. He also loves being carried around in your arms!”
