Philo The perfect apartment companion Philo is a sweet boy who loves to play with people and with his stuffed toys who he "talks" to when he plays. He is friendly with other dogs but likes to sit on laps where he will fall asleep. He's also perfectly happy to settle down in his crate. His foster writes,” Philo will open the door to his crate and jump inside to eat and at night. He is very sociable , loves to go on walks and actually dances when he sees the leash. This a really great little dog who would be a perfect apartment dog for someone who likes to walk”
