Parker is a wonderful young boy who is very happy to be out of the shelter and into a foster home! We are in the process of vetting him and he will be headed to the groomer as soon as possible! His foster has been working on cleaning him up and we can see his beautiful soul shining through his eyes! Despite the dire condition he arrived in, he is the happiest, bounciest boy and is always in a great mood ready to throw down and play! We will update with more information as we get to know him better!
