Maple is six years old and twenty-nine pounds. We rescued Maple when she was a dirty tangled mess and had her immediately groomed. When her fur grows out this low key six-year-old will look more like a terrier. Maple is calm and well-mannered in the house. She enjoys walks and sunning herself. Maple does have some sight impairment. Maple would do well with mature children ten and over. Maple doesn't care for cats. Maple would be perfect for a single person or couple who has time to show her love and help her build trust in people again. Maple had a lump which was diagnosed in a biopsy as carcinoma which is normally contained by removal. CrisisDogsNC did have the lump removed and Maples prognosis is excellent.
