Lilly Rose is an eight-week-old, Labrador Retriever and Golden Retriever mix, weighing about eight pounds. Lilly Rose is good with kids, and good with other dogs. What can we say about an eight-week-old puppy except she is adorable, loves to be around people, sleeps through the night, and her foster says Lilly Rose is improving on house training too! Lilly Rose doesn't like being crated, but she does have to go in it at mealtime because she can get a little growly when other dogs are eating with her. Lilly Rose is a commitment of a lifetime. We will provide basic initial vetting including spaying the dog at five months. Puppies require patience, time and commitment so consider all this before you apply. No small kids unless they have grown up with a dog. Apply at crisisdogsnc.org. We reply to completed applications only, not to calls, not to emails, not to instant or private Facebook messages. Excellent vet references and a virtual home visit required. Your prior or current dog must be on year-round heartworm prevention. We prefer a fenced yard, but this is not required for all our dogs. We transport by land or air whenever possible.
