Josephine is an extraordinarily gentle, exceptionally well manned four-year-old, and forty-two-pound dog, who is great with other dogs. Josephine is a lounger and a cuddler. Josephine is not good with cats and definitely no small kids who can leave the gate or door open, she is a hound and will follow her nose, she will need a high secure fence since she can jump but as long as no one leaves a door or gate open, and she gets long walks a fence is not needed. She cuddles quietly in the house and is very, very, easy going and laid back. She is house trained and well-mannered and is great with all dogs. "Please be aware, Hounds require daily exercise and mental stimulation. Teens would be fun for Josephine, as would another dog in the house to cuddle with. A gorgeous dog, Josephine is housetrained, enjoys lounging inside or in the sun. Loud sounds scare Josephine which is why she was likely dumped by a hunter. She can be shy but coy!
