Hazel (has the white strip on her muzzle) & Harvest black and tan hound mix, approximately 1 year old and 45 lbs.
These two country girls are so close they’re like two peas in a pod. Truth is, they cannot bear to be separated, which is magic, because they are such great fun together. Hazel and Harvest have the agility, loyalty, and goofy good nature of their hound heritage – plus, the energy, athleticism, and total devotion to their “people”. Not quite identical, but close, Hazel is the shy one, but shy only for a short time then she loves to play. Hazel also loves to cuddle. Harvest is the first one to play and the fastest at giving people kisses. They were turned into the shelter by a gentleman who appeared not able to provide for them any longer. Still big puppies, Hazel and Harvest know the basics of house, but will need potty and leash training. With your patience and their desire to please, it is just a matter of love and consistency before you have the perfect pair of pups. Because of their strong prey drive, a strong leash and a 6’, very secure fence is required for these girls.
