Gidget 9 years old weighing 9 lbs, Pomeranian Chihuahua mix
This sweet girl likes to be on your lap and the center of your attention! She will do best as your only dog or perhaps with a submissive small female dog. Gidget does not get along with male dogs. She also doesn't like the crate, she wants to be part of your household and follow you around; she is fine wandering in the house or on the couch when you are not home. She would like you to be home though, so a kind lady who wants to pamper her, works from home or is retired would be perfect. This pup enjoys walks, is good on a leash, and passes by other dogs without giving them a glance. She is a bolter, though, and needs a secure fenced yard she can't slip through or a vigilant adopter. Her foster writes, "Gidget is a sweet girl, a snuggler, who just wants to be held and with her person. She lifts her paw to let you know she wants your attention. She is a pleasure to foster."Gidget is well trained and will wait until invited tome on the furniture.
