Duchess is a sweet JR mix who loves lots of attention and affection. She is very playful and would make a great family companion. Duchess is dog friendly (she lived with her sister) but needs time to adjust, especially with bigger dogs. She is super sweet with children, a cuddle bug who loves to roll over and get belly rubs. Her foster writes: 'We are working on basic obedience and crate training. She is an amazing girl and will be the best friend ever for a special family.' Dutchess is currently 18 pounds. Your prior or current dog must be on year round heartworm prevention. We prefer fenced yard but this is not required for all our dogs. We transport by land or air whenever possible.
