Chip came to us as an owner surrender. He's the friendliest little guy who loves other dogs and people alike! He is working on potty training but with a little practice, he will have it down in no time!! He is crate trained. He loves personal attention and to be held and petted. Chip did great at the groomers and gave them no problem at all. He's a wonderful little dog.
