Urgent foster or adopt. Gorgeous and gentle, Charlie is one of 4 look-alike Lab puppies left to wander. We can save him and also his brothers if we have fosters or adopters. Charlie is very friendly, 25 pounds at 6 months old, affectionate, and will come up to anyone. A neighbor is feeding him and his brothers but they are very thin and time is running out.
