Char, 10 months, 11 pounds, chi x rat terrier
This energetic little guy is playful but timid at first. He came into the rescue very scared and has come a long way! Char would benefit from a fenced yard since he needs a lot of playtime and activity. He has no guarding behavior and does not exhibit separation anxiety. Housetraining is a work in progress but he is crate trained; he will likely need to adjust to a new home and so he needs a patient household, preferably a mature one or with kids over age 12 who are dog savvy; no aggression just timid. .His foster writes, "Char loves to be pet and to play with other friendly low key pups; rough play scares him. This sweet fella will take time to warm up to a new adopter and living space, but is worth it in the end!"
