Cece is a sweet terrier girl who just loves to follow her person around. She does great with her dog foster siblings and gets along with everyone she meets. Cece also has a really great balance of playful and couch potato, making her perfect for someone who likes to play but also wants to snuggle. She is fully housebroken but is not a fan of being crated and has some separation anxiety, so she'd do best with someone who works from home or is retired and can spend most of their time with her.
