Buddy is an aussie mix who is approximately one years old and weighs about 28 pounds.
A healthy happy pup with beautiful brindle markings, this is an exceptionally friendly boy who just wants to play. Buddy was found wandering and is now in foster so we don't know a lot about him. He is great with dogs, kisses or ignores cats, would be fine with kids over age 12 since he is high energy.
Buddy needs an active adopter. He is not an apartment dog or couch potato. He is smart, and needs mental as well as physical exercise. A typical cattle dog personality, he is energetic. Buddy likes to play with other dogs. His foster adds, "Buddy has a hard time slowing down after play. Buddy knows his basic commands, he loves to learn! He needs an experienced household who will also continue to work on leash training and basic training to bring out his intelligence." Leadership will make him feel secure and grounded.
