He’s a sprightly little coffee bean, happy to have a cuddle, go for a stroll, or just hang out in his own bed under his mound of blankets.
This boy is very well-mannered, house-trained, walks nicely on a leash, and is super smart. His age is unknown, estimated 8-10, which for a Chihuahua, is in his prime.
He’s equally independent and affectionate, (perfect for that Cat Person who really wants a dog!)
Typical for a Chihuahua, he can be slow to warm up to new people, but once he trusts you, he’s putty in your hands. He would be a wonderful companion for a single person or older couple who live a fairly quiet life.
Brownie does need to be the only dog, because he’s got a bit of a Napoleon Complex and wants to fight for his superiority! But since he’s a big dog in a little body, he’s plenty dog enough all by himself.
Brownie is neutered, heartworm negative, housetrained, crate-trained, and has excellent house manners in general.
His foster mom loves him, has wonderful things to say about him, and would adopt him if she could but she is over the limit for her HOA!
