This gentle and friendly shepherd was found wandering and emaciated. He weighs 67 pounds but should be 80. Despite whatever hardship he endured, young Benji loves people, is well mannered at home and good on a leash. He is fine with other dogs, his play behavior is easy going not dominant. This sweet boy is more interested in getting affection and being close to his people. Benji’s foster says, “Benji craves attention and belly rubs. He is so happy just being with people, he literally sticks to you like glue which is endearing! He's is truly the sweetest dog and just wants love .” Benji needs a fenced yard or a sporty adopter who will take him running.
