Banjo

***Urgent needs Foster or Adopter ASAP*** Banjo is a seven-year-old, eighty-five-pound, Great Pyrenees and Mastiff mix. Banjo is not good with other dogs or with cats. Banjo would do well with mature kids ten and older. Banjo is a gorgeous big boy, a very cool dude who loves people. A charmer, he knows basic commands and wants to learn more; he is a people pleaser. Banjo appears to be housetrained, a family dog who lost his family because of financial hardship. This go-with- the-flow guy needs to be your one and only. Banjo is a lot of dog that enjoys the full attention and affection from his people. Banjo reciprocates all the one-on-one attention you give him; Banjo thinks he is a lap dog and can't get close enough. We will neuter and fully vet Banjo but need a foster or adopter to step up right away since Banjo is now at a rural shelter running out of time. Apply at crisisdogsnc.org. We reply only to completed applications only, no calls, no emails. Excellent vet references and a virtual home visit required. Your prior or current dog must be on year-round heartworm prevention. We prefer a fenced yard, but this is not required for all our dogs. We transport by land or air whenever possible.
