Azula is a one-year-old Bassett and Lab mix, weighing twenty-five pounds. Azula is good with other dogs, good with kids ten and over, and we don't know about cats. Azula is sweet and shy, with her short legs, and a face like a full-grown lab. Azula is losing her home due to her owner's medical crisis. All this and all Azula wants to do is play and hang out with you! Initially shy around new people she warms up once she feels safe and the presence of another dog makes her feel at ease. Her ideal home would include another dog. When she is around another dog Azula is happy to play and she forgets her shyness. Apply at crisisdogsnc.org. We prefer a fenced yard, but this is not required for all of our dogs. We transport by land or air whenever possible.
