Amelia, 1 years old American Staffordshire Terrier mix about 55 pounds.
Amelia has made amazing strides in trusting people she is more comfortable around women. She is ready to find a home where she can feel loved and secure. She is good with other gentle dogs (just not barkers) they do seem to bring her comfort. She is less fearful now than she was when she was first rescued. Her foster writes, "Each day Amelia is becoming less scared an more sure of herself. We take her for neighborhood walks and she is fine when passing people, she no longer, cowers. She needs a kind patient person who will continue to work with her to secure her trust. Amelia is very easy going and is happy curling up in your lap. She really is the BEST dog and will make a great pet someone loving and patient since she is very low key."
