Earl’s Story & Personality:
Earl is the perfect blend of snuggly sidekick and playful adventurer. He loves being close to his person and happily curls up for cuddles, but he’s equally excited to play ball, patrol the backyard, or watch the world go by from the window. He especially enjoys chasing squirrels and keeping an eye on his territory.
He is housebroken and does not require a crate when left alone, provided he receives regular potty breaks and daily walks. He is leash trained and walks nicely. While he is fine being crated when you leave the home, he does not enjoy being crated if you are home — he much prefers being near you.
Earl does well with other dogs and is respectful, even allowing others to eat their food (though supervision is always recommended). He takes corrections well and would likely enjoy continued training classes — possibly even agility — as he is both smart and eager.
He is sensitive to noises and very alert, making him an attentive little companion. He is not a fan of rain or cold weather and will appreciate a warm jacket during chilly outings.
