Taco came from a difficult situation, and so he is still learning his house manners, crate and leash manners. Even though he will take someone who is willing to train him, the love and affection you'll get from him in return is the best reward. There's nothing Taco would love more than to be held by his person or be laid up on the couch with them. Since he is still learning how to be on a leash, he will need a fenced in yard to make sure he can get all the walkies that he needs.
