Kitty is an 8 year old, 9 lb. Chihuahua.
Kitty is a sweet but timid little lady who came to the rescue a bit under-socialized. She is learning lots of new and great things about being a beloved pet in her foster home and is loving all these cozy, fluffy blankets that seem to be all around! Kitty can be skittish and a little shy when meeting new people, but with patience she warms up and enjoys pets and cuddles. She is very calm and quiet and don't make much of a peep according to her foster mom. Kitty is potty-trained and crate trained and loves to snuggle up in her crate for an afternoon nap (with lots of blankets of course!). She gets along with all the dogs in her foster home, but isn't as interested in playing with them. She likes to go outside and enjoy the sunshine and is learning how to walk on a leash (we bet she will love taking short neighborhood walks once she has mastered the leash walking)! Because Kitty can be a little more submissive and shy, she would do best in an adult-only home or in a home where the kids are older and considerate of her space. This sweet girl hopes that her forever family will come for her soon so she can know what it feels like to be a beloved member of the family!
