Lacy is an 8 month old, 8 lb. Poodle mix.
Little Lacy was rescued from a rough situation with a few other dogs and is now loving her new life full of fluffy dog beds, warm blankets, human snuggles, and soft toys! She would love to find a family who is very patient and will go slow with her allowing her to trust and open up into the sweet, happy girl she is inside. She loves other dogs and will need to have a doggie sibling in her new home who likes to play and can help her with her confidence! She is a little too scared of small children and would prefer older teens or an adult-only home. This little lady wants to be around her people, and would do best with someone who is home more often (she gets so sad when you leave!), but she can be crated when you are out. She is working on her potty-training and has lots of play energy like a typical puppy. She absolutely loves her toys and her favorite is Lambchop! She has a blast running around outside and will need a fenced in yard because she can sometimes be a little escape artist (but she's definitely the cutest one we've met!) Lacy is a vocal little girl and will let you know if someone is at the door (no need for a doorbell!) When it's time to wind down at the end of the day, Lacy is all about snuggling up to her humans on the couch. She doesn't like to be picked up or held yet, she is still working on her trust, but she will absolutely come and snuggle up against you and enjoy some pets! Lacy also has the cutest "smile" every time someone says "hi" to her - we are in love and know you will be too! Apply to meet Lacy today!
