A smiley, peppy little dog who is very friendly, Penelope would enjoy a secure fenced yard to romp in or frequent walks to visit friends and dispel her high energy. This little gal is very playful and needs a home with another dog companion; she can play all day! Her foster writes, " Penelope hasn't stopped playing with her dog friends since she came into foster. Sweet and energetic, she can hold her own with any dog. She especially loves to be near her person after a solid playtime! " Penelope is housetrained, fussy initially when put in a crate but settles down. A delightful fun buddy for your current dog!
