Toby came from a terrible hoarding situation; we rescued 10 of his siblings. Low-key and easy-going Toby is a social butterfly who loves to socialize, meet and greet . This adorable boy is learning house training and to walk on a leash without biting it! He is friendly with cats but sometimes gets too curious and will chase to play. His foster writes, “Toby is an independent boy who loves to snuggle up . He willingly goes outside to potty but still has some accidents inside. His little bark makes him feel tough but he is just a little snuggle bug with a cute smile. “ he is being fostered along with his brother Quincy in case you’re interested in adopting both!
