Jax, an Australian Heeler, eleven years old, and forty-five pounds. Jax’s person fled an abusive marriage and is out of the country, heartbroken, and Jax is now with a temporary foster. This gentle boy loves his toys, wading in water, walks, and to be close to his person in a gentle home. No other dogs or cats, no kids, he deserves to be your one and only. Jax has had little luck in life, and we are hoping that changes. He is healthy other than some arthritis. We will transport. Apply on CrisisDogsNC.org.
